If we do not have something, you can create your own with ease on our site. If you'd rather wait for us to make something just create a ticket with your request and if it's something we plan to do then we'll add your name to our request list and you'll be notified as soon as it launches!
Got a pair of shoes that don't fit right and need to go up or down a size? Not to worry!
Open a ticketwith your order number and let us know that you need to exchange the shoes for a new size. Once we approve your exchange request, we'll give you the full instructions to get you in a new pair lightning fast!
Note:Our exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Custom designed items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Making your own shoe should and is a fun experience with Spreadshoes! We want to ensure you love the shoes as soon as you get them so we have some recommendations to keep in mind when creating your shoes.
- Make sure your artwork is at least 2000x1000 - Avoid small characters or details in your design unless you're going with our vegan leather option. Canvas has larger threads then a tshirt and because of that can not display photo perfect. - All monitors have slightly different coloring and contrasts. So like an custom product, the color can be slightly different from screen to shoe. - Avoid putting anything important on the edge of the shoes, remember, each shoe is custom printed and then assembled by hand, so there can be some small movement in how your design is printed.
Most importantly, have fun! Add your favorite vacation memories or your pets onto your shoes. Be the only person with your exact shoes. Your friends will love them!

To help give you a timeline of when you expect your shoes we've listed below average* times (excluding 5-10 business day production time) to the most popular countries.
USA: Standard Shipping - 6-12 days DHL- 2-4 Days
United Kingdom: Standard Shipping - 20-45 days Express - 8-18 days DHL - 2-4 days
Canada: Standard - 20-45 Days Express - 10-25 Days DHL - 2-4 Days
Australia: Standard - 15-30 days Express - 6-15 days DHL - 2-4 days
Rest of World: Standard - 20-45 days DHL - 2-5 days
Please remember. These are averages, delays can be caused by customs. If your order has passed these averages by 1 week or more please create a ticket for support and we will look into it!
*Peak periods are from October 1 - Jan 15. During this time there can be significant delays in both production and shipping so please allow additional time.
There are many often confusing wording on some trackers such as USPS below we will list the most common ones and let you know what each really means. For the main question, depending on the country the shoes are being shipped to it's very common for there to be no shipping updates for 80-90% of the delivery time. However, if you get DHL then updates are usually a few times per day.
USPS - "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment"
On the surface, it sounds like we haven't shipped it yet and for some reason lying to you. Fortunately, this is not the case at all it means we've sent it from our warehouse but hasn't yet been passed off the USPS hands. Any delay from this is usually caused by Customs.
Canada Post - "Tracking NOT FOUND"
As of August 2015, Canada Post does not track international registered mail (what we call "standard shipping"). If you require tracking, select Express or DHL.
We make every effort to prevent Customs fees/taxes by marking as a gift and with a lower value. However, in the rare event you get a bill, you are responsible for anything your country charges you. This is completely controlled by them and is in no way connected to us.
OUR DESIGNER PROGRAM IS CURRENTLY CLOSED TO NEW SIGN UPS! We're building out a brand new fresh dashboard. There is no ETA as to when this will be completed. If you have a large following we may consider approving you early.
We had to move the designer program to approval only as people were signing up and not making shoes or making very poor quality / stolen artwork and we simply can't have that. So now our program is approval only, but don't worry it's not a long tough process we only require 3 things from you.
1) That you have an account already registered on Spreadshoes.com
2) We need 2 or 3 examples of your artwork
3) We need your desired "shop name" so we can get you setup.
Once you have this information, open a ticket and select "designer sign up"
After your account is approved, you'll receive all the instructions on how to begin but should you have any issues you can always contact us!
Any new tickets created will be auto closed until sign ups are back up.
